The green sisters
Three sisters offered as a truce end up rocking the boat on Enterprise
Captain Archer cautiously accepts an invitation to board an Orion vessel, hoping it would lead to a positive relationship between their races. The Enterprise's last encounter with Orions involved the kidnapping of 9 crewmembers to be sold as slaves. But the Orion captain has discovered an ore-rich planet, and he doesn't have the resources to mine it. He wants to make a deal: The humans provide the labor and equipment and the Orion gets 10%.
To soften up Archer, the Orion captain has three beautiful slave girls perform for his guests. The dancers silently twirl around and claw at Archer and his men, to their delight. They agree to the deal, and as a gesture of appreciation, the Orion gives Archer his girls.

The Enterprise departs to size-up the planet. The new guests are given rooms and the freedom to walk the ship—wearing very little. The male crewmembers become distracted. The female crew get disgusted with the men, but then develop headaches. Everyone is affected one way or another, except for T'Pol (a Vulcan) and Trip (her one-night-mate).

Things heat up between Captain Archer and the Orion girl Navaar, and he is seduced Kirk-style. Afterwards he's very aggressive and over-reactive, to the point of dangerous. Meanwhile, the Orion D'Nesh is working on her own man, Chief Engineer Kelby. Already insecure about his position, D'Nesh encourages him to sabotage the engines.
Trip catches the saboteur, but the damage has been done and the ship is nearly powerless. While examining hysterical Kelby, the doctor explains that everyone has been suffering under the Orions' pheromones. The effects are culmulative with exposure: The male crewmembers' adrenaline levels are creating fights among personnel ship-wide.

The girls are quarantined, but they insist they have done nothing wrong. Archer, sweaty and disoriented, fears the Orion captain will come for the crippled Enterprise. The crew do what they can to repair the damage, but to no avail. The Orion ship returns and takes out the remaining weapon systems on the Enterprise. Archer orders the Orion to leave, but he can't. The Orion can only do what his masters tell him. The slave girls strut onto the Enterprise's bridge and it becomes clear—they were the masters all along.
